• childhood immunization information videos created by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and other valid and reliable sources. 

• links to valid and reliable childhood immunization information websites, some websites have information in Spanish and other languages.

• links to the CDC immunization website to download and print immunization schedules for children from birth to 6 years old, and 7 to 18 years old. You can download and print an immunization schedule for adults 19 years old and older from the CDC website too.

• immunization schedules and informational videos are available for you to view on an electronic device, such as a desktop computer, tablet, or mobile phone. 

• a contact email is provided for you to send any suggestions that you may have to make this website better. CHIPPERkidshealth is a work in progress, and our mission is to provide up to date childhood immunization information from valid and reliable sources.
